Q. I am planning my wedding, when should I book my trial and consultation session before my wedding?
A. In general, we suggest brides to book around 6–9 months before the wedding: This is the ideal window for the first consultation and trial. It gives enough time to explore styles, place gown orders, and schedule fittings without feeling rushed. Of course, brides may start earlier if you consider buying a wedding gown and customization may be involved. Even if you only consider renting wedding dress, starting early will help ensure that your dream dress is safely secured. Also for bespoke qipao, starting closer to 9–12 months ahead ensures fabric sourcing and tailoring can be completed smoothly.
Q. Do Mariee offer free trial for wedding dress and evening gown?
A. Yes, customers can enjoy consultation with our bridal consultant with free trial of up to two dresses in our trial session. We also provide deductible trial service to customer for a service charge. Upon purchase or confirmation of one of our rental packages, the service charge paid can be fully deducted in the purchase price or package fee.
Q. Do I have to make appointment before I come?
A. We strongly recommend our customer to book appointment before coming, since we would make our best effort to provide you the dress desired to try on. Moreover, we offer special discount for customers on their first visit, brides will make better use of their time during their visit.
Q. Do you provide rental service for wedding dress and evening gown?
A. Yes, most of our wedding dresses and evening gowns are available for rent. Renting a designer brand wedding dress is a good way if you want to save cost on your wedding or you have a short notice. Please contact our Bridal Consultants by phone, whatsapp, email, facebook, instagram or even rednote for details.
Q. What is the rental period for wedding dress?
A. The standard rental period for wedding dress is 3 days, which include collecting the gown on the day before the wedding and returning it on the day after the wedding. We are also happy to extend the rental period to suit your specific needs.
Q. Do you offer custom-made qipao or qipao rentals? (mandarin dress)
A. Yes, our experienced seamstress make custom made and form-fitting modern Chinese qipao which is very popular among brides. Qipao rental is also available.
Q. How long do I expect my dress to arrive if I decide to order?
A. As wedding dress and evening gowns are mostly tailored made, several months' time are normally required for the ordered to be complete overseas and shipped back to Hong Kong. Nevertheless, many labels offer expedite service known as rush order or even super rush order at extra cost.
Q. What is your return policy for sale item?
A. To secure the dress you desire, a deposit is required. ensures that your chosen item will be reserved and available for you on your big day, it is why all deposits are non-refundable. Sample sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Q. Does Mariee Bridal Couture has more than one store?
A. No, we have only one flagship store at 9/F, Galuxe Building, 8 On Lan Street, Central, Hong Kong.
Q. What are your opening hours?
A. Our store opens from 12 to 8pm on Monday to Friday, from 12 to 7pm on Saturday, and from 12 to 6pm on Sunday and public holiday. If you have any special request, please contact us for our further arrangement.
Q. How can I get to your shop? and where is the nesrest carpark nearby?
A. Our store is located conveniently at Central. The nearest MTR exit is Central Station Exit D1. Simply head to Wyndham Street and On Lan Street is on the left. The nearest carpark is New World Tower carpark (Entrance at On Lan Street) or Cheung Kong Centre carpark (Entrance at Queen's Road Central).
