Cancellation Policy

When you submit an online booking, our bridal consultant will usually confirm your appointment within 24 hours through a phone call, email, Facebook message, Instagram message, or WhatsApp. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible — ideally at least 24 hours before the appointment — so we can reassign the time slot to another bride. Please rest assured that no cancellation fee will be charged.
